Butler, Missouri (July 31, 2026)………Lone Jack, Missouri’s Jack Wagner put on show at Butler, Missouri’s Electric City Speedway on Friday night by winning his fifth feature event of the USAC Wholesale Batteries MRA Sprint Car season.

Wagner won the Electric City Slide Showdown by leading every circuit of the 25-lapper, setting a torrid pace that included several exciting passes as he navigated traffic throughput the feature.

Just like his Electric City victory earlier in the season back in May, Wagner won a unique first place trophy. This time, it was a mirrored helmet that looked like a disco ball.

Topeka, Kansas, racer Wyatt Burks returned to form in his black No. 11w to finish second, his highest finish with the MRA this season. Third place finisher Tom Curran of Kansas City, Kansas earned a podium position after missing the last couple of races with engine issues.

Rounding out the top five were Samuel Wagner in fourth and Chase Howard in fifth.

Tim Kent took sixth, with Braydon Cromwell seventh, Luke Howard eighth, Jake Kouba ninth, and Justin Johnson 10th. Tyler Burton won the Hard Charger award after starting 15th and finishing 11th.

Earlier in the evening, heat race wins were taken by Jack Wagner and Braydon Cromwell.
